Affiliate Partner Agreement

JetStor offers a revenue-sharing program to approved affiliates who refer qualified leads that result in closed deals.

Commission is 5–10% of revenue collected on referred sales (rate confirmed individually per affiliate).

Payouts are issued via ACH or PayPal within 30 days of receiving payment from the customer.

Optional: a $100 bonus may be issued for each qualified lead that completes a discovery call.

You'll be credited for a deal if:

• A lead submits a form on your dedicated JetStor affiliate landing page, or
• You make a direct intro (by name/email) and attribution is confirmed

All affiliate leads are tagged at time of form submission using internal tracking.

Affiliates may use JetStor logos, product descriptions, and promotional materials provided by JetStor, and must adhere to brand guidelines. Do not misrepresent yourself as a JetStor employee or claim pricing authority.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Affiliates will still be paid for attributable deals in progress at the time of termination.

Affiliates are independent partners, not employees or agents of JetStor. Participation in the program does not create any formal business partnership or exclusive agreement.

JetStor will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC to any U.S.-based affiliate (individual or sole proprietor) who earns $600 or more in a calendar year. To facilitate this, a completed IRS Form W-9 must be submitted prior to payment.

Corporate entities and non-U.S. affiliates are generally not subject to 1099 reporting, but may be asked to submit a W-8BEN to certify status.

JetStor may update this agreement with notice to active affiliates. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
