I am impressed with the quality and the reliability of the JetStor products. I also received good technical and sales support from JetStor. In 2012 the Computer Science department at Emory University purchased several JetStor RAID SAS 716F storage arrays. Each array has 16 bays, an 8Gbit Fibre Channel interface and sixteen 3TB SATA disk drives. The JetStor 716Fs have been very reliable. We have been using the JetStor 716Fs for twelve years in production and there was only one minor issue during this time, which was resolved by tech support.

The units are also simple to install and configure. And the support is amazing; they respond on weekends to my non-urgent requests, and work until the problem is resolved.
